Cancellation Policy

We have an active and simple to understand cancellation policy. We will allow someone to cancel if the contract was incorrectly filled out, if the consumer has passed away and their family can produce a death certificate; and also, if the consumer turns out to not be old enough to participate in the transaction. Another situation where we may allow a cancellation is when it is realized that, either there was a co – owner that was not known and their signature was not on the contract at the time that the owner we had initially talked to signed it.

In circumstances that we may deem as an extreme or difficult financial hardship regarding the consumer; for example, let’s say we get a call from our of our consumers and they request a refund; we will hear their situation as well as go over any and all submitted supporting documentation that breaks down what the unavoidable or unforeseen circumstance was; how it suddenly or recently crippled them financially; yes, depending of the legitimacy of the Situation as well as the relevance/legitimacy of its supporting documentation; we would consider all information and may determine that cancellation is a justifiable next step.
