Refund Policy

In circumstances that we may deem as an extreme or difficult financial hardship regarding the consumer; for example, let’s say we get a call from our of our consumers and they request a refund; we will hear their situation as well as go over any and all submitted supporting documentation that breaks down what the unavoidable or unforeseen circumstance was; how it suddenly or recently crippled them financially; yes, depending of the legitimacy of the Situation as well as the relevance/legitimacy of its supporting documentation; we would consider all information and may determine that issuing a refund is justifiable under the given circumstances. Additionally, the Client has three (3) business days to elect whether to forego their refund and continue services at no additional cost to the Client. During this election period, please note that a signed release form would be required.
